Required HR Admin for Steel Manufacturing unit (Male Candidates only)

Work Location: Factory located at Kukarwada, Tal : Vijapur, Dist : Mehsana, Gujarat, India (75 Km Away from Ahmedabad City) 



  • Handling and maintaining Admin work of Both Corporate office (Located at Ahmedabad) & Factory 
  • Organize and maintain personnel records
  • Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
  • Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
  • Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
  • Partner in the effective execution of the plant strategies to meet business goals, and provide feedback and support on all employee related issues at the site.
  • May develop and propose improvement to policies, programs, and procedures to improve the effectiveness of human resources and safety.
  • Resolving minor employee issues and conflict resolution.
  • Responsible for claims management of Short Term Disability and the Return to Work program.
  • Advise employees and management personnel on the interpretation of Company policies, programs and procedures.
  • Accountable for full-cycle recruiting and on-boarding or hourly employees.
  • Timekeeping and payroll administration.
  • Coordinates all site recognition and social events.
  • Assist the Plant H&S Department with administrative duties.



  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role
  • Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor's or Associates Degree in Human Resources preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of employment, industrial labor relations, and occupational safety legislation.
  • The ability to organize the workload and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities in an environment of rapid change.
  • Use of Microsoft Office products at an advanced level.
  • Good knowledge of ESIC & Provident funds rules. 



University - Associate's Degree/Graduate Diploma/2 Years

Designation : Electrical Engineer Experience : 3 to 5 Yrs Job Profile & responsibility

  • Erection and Commissioning in Maintenance and Repairing of H.T. & L.T. Electrical, and Instrument Branch
  • Knowledge of Control Gear, substation, D.G set and all mechanical instruments repairing etc
  • Responsibility of shift in charge during the sift
  • Common knowledge about furnace, Burners, limit switch, proxy switches all DOL, S/D and RF motors, and EOT crane

  • Follow-up with supplier for delivery/ rejection/shortage
  • Preparation of monthly procurement report
  • Daily reporting of purchase activities to General Manager
  • To co- ordinate with account department for bill passing

Designation : Mechanical Engineer Experience : 3 to 5 yrs Job Profile & responsibility

  • Execution of shift wise work base on quality and quantity requirement given by manager
  • Sound knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment which use in steel plant
  • Co-ordination with supervisor staff to solve process & equipment problem if any
  • To supervise and job allocation, new setting, quality checks, material transfer etc
  • Regular Monitoring of rules of safety aspects
  • Follow any specific instruction given by superior
